By accessing or using the Panda Payroll website, software, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Definitions
“User”: Any individual or entity using the Service.
“Subscription”: A month-to-month paid plan granting access to premium features.
“Free Trial”: A 30-day period allowing Users to access the Service at no cost.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including valid payment details to initiate a Free Trial.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
Notify Panda Payroll immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
3. Subscriptions and Free Trial
3.1 Free Trial
New Users receive a 30-day Free Trial with full access to the Service.
Payment details are required to start the Free Trial.
If you do not cancel before the Free Trial ends, your Subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged 7 days after the Free Trial concludes for the first month’s fee.
3.2 Month-to-Month Subscription
After the Free Trial, Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
Fees are billed in advance and processed 7 days after the Free Trial ends (for the first payment) and on the same date each subsequent month.
Failure to pay may result in immediate Service suspension.
3.3 Cancellation
Users may cancel their Subscription at any time via their account dashboard.
Cancellation during the Free Trial prevents any charges.
Cancellation during a paid period ends access at the next billing cycle; no prorated refunds are issued.
3.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
All fees are non-refundable, including after cancellation or partial use of the Service.
Exceptions apply only as required by law or at Panda Payroll’s discretion (see Section 4.2).
4.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued if:
A technical error caused by Panda Payroll disrupts core functionality.
A duplicate or unauthorized charge occurs.
Required under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
4.3 Refund Requests
Submit requests via [support@PandaPayroll.com] within 7 days of the charge.
Include transaction details and proof of eligibility.
5. Service Usage and Termination
Panda Payroll may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, Users lose immediate access but may retrieve their data within 30 days.
6. Changes to Terms
Panda Payroll may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Material changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts.
