Panda Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Panda Payroll (the “Service”), which includes our website, software, and related services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Definitions

  • User: Any person or business using the Service.

  • Free Trial: A 30-day trial period, offered at no cost and without requiring credit card details.

  • Subscription: A recurring, month-to-month paid plan that starts after the Free Trial.


2. Free Trial & Activation

  • All new Users are eligible for a 30-day Free Trial, with no payment or credit card information required.

  • The Free Trial starts immediately upon registration.

  • If the Service is not canceled before the end of the Free Trial, the Subscription becomes active automatically, and your payment method will be charged on the first day after the trial ends.


3. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • After the Free Trial, your Subscription renews monthly, with payments processed on the same calendar day each month.

  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • If payment fails, Panda Payroll may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.


4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

  • If you cancel during the Free Trial, no charge will be made.

  • Cancellations during a paid period end access at the end of that billing cycle—no partial or prorated refunds.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except:

    • When required by law, or

    • In cases of obvious technical failures caused by Panda Payroll, or duplicate/unauthorized charges.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@pss-group.co.za within 7 days of the billing charge, with relevant transaction details.


5. Account Security & User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential.

  • Notify Panda Payroll immediately of any unauthorized activity or breaches.

  • Panda Payroll is not liable for misuse of accounts due to your negligence.


6. Service Suspension & Data Access

  • Non-payment, misuse, or violations may result in temporary suspension or termination.

  • If your account is terminated, you’ll have 30 days to download your data before it’s deleted from our system.


7. Changes to Terms

  • Panda Payroll may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

  • We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
